A serving prisoner in Doncaster has been given a further 12 weeks behind bars after he messaged a woman saying he would burn down her house.
Ryan Andrew Chappell, 23, and currently of HMP Doncaster, sent the text from inside the prison on September 30, and admitted sending the threatening text when he appeared before magistrates in the town on December 4.
Aside from the prison term, Chappell must also pay £85 in prosecution costs and a £128 victim surcharge.
